Too young to make a difference?
Posted on May 10th, 2007 | Filed under Stories
Do you ever think, “I am too young to make a difference in the big problems of this world”? Do you ever wonder, “What can a kid in 7th grade do?” Meet Zach Hunter…
Zach is only 15 years old, but he is engaging in a movement to end slavery around the world. He began in 7th grade! In addition to being the spokesperson for the “Amazing Change Campaign,” Zach is the author of a book called Be the Change, written to inform and mobilize people in every country to join the fight against slavery.
Zach will be joining us this summer at Awake, telling his story and challenging us to make a difference!
